Stage Three
Looking beyond ASEAN countries, the other markets that can be explored include China, India, Australia, New Zealand and even the United States or Japan.
Promotion
With our showroom concept, buyers can come to view and examine the products on offer and discuss their need with our support team. Demonstrations can be arranged for products such as industrial software etc. Site visits will allow us to understand customer’s specific needs and this information can be fed back to our manufacturers on how to adapt their products to local conditions.
Personal Selling
Product samples must be shown to assure prospective customers of the quality standard and formats and capability of manufacturer’s products. The salesperson will be knowledgeable and able to offer solutions to queries raised regarding materials, delivery, customisation, etc.
Pricing
Compared to the normal practice of mark-ups, our proposed new concept of offering products at manufacturer’s price will be a distinct advantage over the rest of the competitors.
Summary
As far as marketing strategy is concerned, our target is, simply put, the entire printing industry in Singapore and the region. We make no differentiation as to the size of our potential prospect’s business.
